End-of-Life VibePro 7 Update: Data Upload Failure for VibePro 7

For all VibePro 7 Users:

As part of our ongoing End of Life (EOL) communications for VibePro 7, we want to inform you about an important upcoming change to the data upload functionality.

Effective August 1, 2024, VibePro 7 users who have not migrated to VibePro 10 will encounter an error message upon their next data upload attempt. Please see the attached image for a preview of the error message.

To ensure a smooth transition and continued access to your data, we encourage you to take the following actions:

  1. Final Data Export and Upload: Contact us at 603-403-7499 or to assist you in exporting and uploading your data one final time before the deadline.
  2. Migrate to VibePro 10: If you wish to continue using our advanced vibration analysis tools, we can help you migrate your software from VibePro 7 to VibePro 10. Our team is available to assist you with the migration of your vibepro.sqlite database, ensuring that all your historical data is preserved and seamlessly integrated into VibePro 10.
  3. Review the VibePro 10 Manual: We have made the VibePro 10 manual available for download. You can access it here. This manual will guide you through the features and functionalities of VibePro 10.
  4. Watch the Transition Video: To help you understand the differences between VibePro 7 and VibePro 10, we have prepared a user video. You can watch it here.
